Stuck in Limbo

Well.. no. I can't log on now and my avatar seems to be stuck in-world and everyone can see me online even if I'm not. I believe the term for this is ghost, please do correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, It's probably been around 8-10 hours now. I'm submitting a support ticket and hopefully it gets resolved soon.
